Pricing

A non-refundable booking fee must be received prior to a booking being confirmed. The fee is deductible from your final bill. Due to increased costs of staffing we are charging a minimum of 3 day stay for bookings from 01 October to 31 March and a minimum of 5 day bookings over the summer. 

Special diet food must be provided by customer. No change in daily rate.

We provide a choice of well known superior quality wet and dry foods.

Notice of booking cancellation must be provided 7 days before scheduled arrival date, cancellation within this 7 day period will incur a charge of the full amount for the booked period.
